What does a Renovate to Stay project cost?
It depends on the rooms and the finish level. Primary baths ran $60,000 at Lake Breeze Dr. in McKinney and $160,000 at Shubert Ct. in Dallas. Whole-project budgets covering more than one room ran $250,000 to $350,000. The walkthrough and itemized estimate are free.
Do I have to move out during the renovation?
Usually not. Most projects are phased room by room so you can live in the house. For a whole-home remodel we plan the sequence with you before work starts and tell you exactly which weeks affect which rooms.
How do you keep a project on budget?
The estimate is itemized and your designer selects materials within it. If something unexpected comes up behind a wall, we talk about options and costs before anything changes. Nothing is added without your approval.
Can you match the style of the rest of my home?
Yes. Paint colors and materials are selected to complement and enhance your existing home, and our designer builds a mood board with you before anything is ordered.
What happens after the project is done?
