Renovation Sells Dallas is a locally owned renovation company based in Dallas, TX, owned by Justin and Emily Pate. We work two ways: Renovate to Sell, pre-sale updates for homeowners and their listing agents, and Renovate to Stay, design-led kitchens, baths, and whole-home remodels. Refreshes typically take three to six weeks and larger remodels eight to twelve, with an itemized estimate within 48 hours of the walkthrough.

Justin and Emily Pate are dedicated to helping homeowners in their community maximize the potential of their home. With backgrounds in hospitality, they built Renovation Sells Dallas on exceptional customer service and long-lasting relationships with every client.
They are proud parents to three daughters and know Dallas and Collin County the way locals do: which neighborhoods are moving, what buyers there expect, and which updates actually change a sale.
Justin spent fifteen years in luxury hospitality before building Renovation Sells Dallas, and it shows in how a project is run: one point of contact, honest conversations about scope and cost, and a finish that photographs beautifully. Emily is a Dallas real estate agent and co-owner, which is why the pre-sale side of the business thinks like a listing agent.
