What to expect
One Team, One Timeline
- One point of contact. Justin runs the project personally with a dedicated project manager on-site.
- Real-time updates. You see progress as it happens, with photos, without chasing anyone.
- Transparent scope. The estimate is itemized. If something unexpected comes up, we talk about options and costs before anything changes.
- Local crews we trust. The same painters, tile setters, and flooring installers, job after job.
- Ready for photos. We finish clean, so the listing photographer can walk in behind us.

How long does a renovation take?
Pre-sale refreshes typically take three to six weeks; larger remodels run eight to twelve. We set the schedule before work starts. Our finished projects range from three weeks at Haven Pl. in Allen to twelve at Revere Pl. in Lakewood.
How quickly can you start?
After the in-person walkthrough you receive a comprehensive estimate within 48 hours. Once the scope is approved, we schedule the crews. Tell us your listing date and we work backward from it; the Dallas listing calendar shows how.
Who chooses the finishes?
Your dedicated designer does, with you. Finishes are selected for buyers in your local market when you are selling, or around how you live when you are staying.
What does an estimate cost?
Nothing. The conversation, the walkthrough, and the comprehensive estimate are free.
