Green Tile, Rain Showers, and the Tub They Kept

Lake Breeze Dr. in McKinney is a $60,000 primary bathroom remodel by Renovation Sells Dallas, finished in five weeks. It brought green vertical tile with a herringbone niche, two rain showers with brass fixtures, a teak bench, and a wet-room layout that makes the whole space feel bigger. The homeowners' clawfoot tub stayed and found a new home inside the shower room.
